I design serious products with joyful solutions.
I design serious products with joyful solutions.
I’m Luci, an Austin-based designer with more than eight years of experience and a soft spot for thoughtful details, unexpected ideas, and technology that feels genuinely human.
I believe the best design is clear without feeling sterile, accessible without feeling limiting, and innovative without asking people to learn a whole new language. I’m happiest when I’m making something easier, warmer, and a little more delightful than it was before.
Outside of design, I’m usually painting, collecting vintage treasures, fostering dogs, attempting an overly complicated recipe, or looking for a dive bar with live bluegrass.

Research into structure
I turn interviews, edge cases, and messy domain knowledge into a product model the team can build around.
Start simple
I look for the clearest path first, then add complexity only when it makes the product better.
Design for more people
Accessibility is part of the design from the beginning, not something to check at the end.
Build it for real
I work closely with engineers so the final product is not a watered-down version of the design.
